Operations Quality Control CellThe OQCC in the EUBAM Analytical and Operational Support Unit is a one-stop service centre for the operational needs and co-ordination of EUBAM’s six Field Offices. It is a quality insurance body for the Mission’s operational activity. The OQCC has also been established as a Service Centre for the EUBAM’s partners in order to promote the service mentality of the Mission and to assist in any possible tactical and operational matter regarding information exchange, advice on ongoing exercises and information regarding possible offences. |
